"Tree Kringle" (formerly "Oh Kringle Tree" on the official Happy Tree Friends website (pre-Atom) and in the Happy Tree Friends: Second Serving DVD or "Kringle Tree" in Happy Tree Friends - Winter Break) is a Kringle featuring Lumpy and Giggles. The short is set to "O Tannenbaum".

On the (now-defunct) holiday minisite hosted on the official Happy Tree Friends website, this Kringle is represented by a silhouette of a tree.

Synopsis[edit]

Happy Tree Friends website: What's better than your very own tree this year?[1]

Plot[edit]

An axe-holding Lumpy and Giggles are standing before a tree of the latter's choice. Lumpy swings his axe at the chosen tree, only to mistakenly hit Giggles' face instead. Her eyeball then falls off its eye socket.

Fates[edit]

Animation errors[edit]

  • Lumpy's antlers change directions in a continuous shot when he swings his axe.

Trivia[edit]

  • The YouTube release of this short is blocked in Russia[2], though it can still be watched in the Happy Tree Friends - Kringles (part 2) compilation or Happy Tree Friends - Winter Break, which are exempt from this block.
