"Moppin Up" is one of the Happy Tree Friends Break shorts. This is one of the shorts that recycle animation from Happy Tree Friends & Friends, specifically from the "we're back" bumpers. In this version, the TV show's logo is edited out to be replaced with the Break logo but with the "break" part crossed out and "is dead!" is scribbled under it, causing it to read "Happy Tree Friends is dead!"
Plot
Lumpy is mopping up while Sniffles is walking by with a bag of popcorn and a drink. Sniffles slips on the wet floor and falls, breaking his head open. Shocked at this, Lumpy finally places the wet floor sign, which has the "Happy Tree Friends is dead!" logo on it.
