Cuddles is on great terms with a lot of the characters. His best friend is [[Toothy]], and the two are frequently seen with each other. A conflict was briefly held in [[Camp Pokeneyeout|''Camp Pokeneyeout'']], where a simple misunderstanding turned into a very fierce war between the two, but the two quickly make up in the end. [[Lumpy]] is also a close friend of Cuddles. In many of his appearances, [[Lumpy]] has an authority role over Cuddles. However, Cuddles instructed [[Toothy]] to hit [[Lumpy]] with a snowball in [[Strain Kringle|''Strain Kringle'']].

Cuddles is close friends with [[Giggles]], and the two had romantic interactions together. He spends the entirety of [[The Carpal Tunnel of Love|''The Carpal Tunnel of Love'']] attempting to woe her in numerous ways. They also shared a kiss in a reference to ''[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lady_and_the_Tramp Lady and the Tramp]'' as zombies in [[Remains to be Seen|''Remains to be Seen'']]. However, some episodes depict the two as nothing more as friends. When directly asked about the topic, [[Kenn Navarro]] responded that the relationship is only used depending on the episode's story.<ref>https://twitter.com/ChainKnuckle/status/646248029385826304</ref> Giggles has also been seen with other characters, reinforcing Kenn Navarro's answer.  

[[Flaky]] is another friend Cuddles regularly hangs out with. They would partake in various activities together, but Flaky seems to not be fond of these events. In some instances, Cuddles even forces Flaky into these sports. He completely ignores Flaky’s warnings in [[Water You Wading For|''Water You Wading For'']] and he forces Flaky into these activates in [[Let It Slide|''Let It Slide'']] and [[The Wrong Side of the Tracks|''The Wrong Side of the Tracks'']]. In [[Snow Place to Go|''Snow Place to Go'']], he along with Lumpy, Russell, and Toothy volunteer Flaky to retrieve the can from Giggles’ dead body. However, he also cringes upon witnessing her death in [[Mine To Five|''Mine To Five'']] and expresses shock towards her death in [[Take Your Seat|''Take Your Seat'']].   

While Cuddles and Petunia are often in the same episode, they never interacted on-screen. In [[Flippin' Burgers|''Flippin' Burgers'']], Petunia serves Cuddles his food at a resturant. They participate in the same group in [[From A to Zoo|''From A to Zoo'']], [[Kringle Feast|''Kringle Feast'']], [[I Get a Trick Out of You|''I Get a Trick Out of You'']], [[The Wrong Side of the Tracks|''The Wrong Side of the Tracks'']], [[Take a Hike|''Take a Hike'']], and [[Home Is Where the Hurt Is|''Home Is Where the Hurt Is'']]. Petunia briefly partakes in Cuddles and Toothy's fued after the rocks they pelted destroyed her grapes in [[Camp Pokeneyeout|''Camp Pokeneyeout'']].   

In [[The Wrong Side of the Tracks|''The Wrong Side of the Tracks'']], Handy and Cuddles share a cart on a rollarcoaster. Later in the episodes, he mocks Cuddles after his hands were severed and ignores him falling out of the cart. In [[In a Jam|''In a Jam'']], Cuddles strived to join a band that included Handy. In [[Don't Yank My Chain|''Don't Yank My Chain'']], Cuddles gets frightened by Handy in his well.   

In [[Class Act|''Class Act'']], [[Remains to be Seen|''Remains to be Seen'']], [[From A to Zoo|''From A to Zoo'']], [[Party Animal|''Party Animal'']], and [[Take a Hike|''Take a Hike'']], Sniffles and Cuddles are together seen with Toothy and the other Happy Tree Friends. In [[Wipe Out!|''Wipe Out!'']], Cuddles and Sniffles were briefly seen playing with a beach ball. In [[Camp Pokeneyeout|''Camp Pokeneyeout'']], Sniffles attacked Cuddles with his own invention after Cuddles attacked Toothy. Cuddles wanted to join a band managed by Sniffles in  [[In a Jam|''In a Jam'']], but Cuddles ends up causing trouble when Lumpy hired him.   

Russell is a good friend of Cuddles. In [[Snow Place to Go|''Snow Place to Go'']], the two attend a vacation. They also play baseball with Toothy and Cro-Marmot in [[Can't Stop Coffin|''Can't Stop Coffin'']]. They are seen in a group trick-or-treating in [[Remains to be Seen|''Remains to be Seen'']].   

Cuddles and The Mole were seen together a few times. They attend the same birthday parties in [[I Get a Trick Out of You|''I Get a Trick Out of You'']] and [[Party Animal|''Party Animal'']]. Both characters also work as firemen in [[Who's to Flame?|''Who's to Flame?'']]. In [[In a Jam|''In a Jam'']], The Mole injuries Cuddles in an attempt to sample his blood and he accidentally kills Cuddles at the end of the episode. In [[Home Is Where the Hurt Is|''Home Is Where the Hurt Is'']], Cuddles and The Mole operate a wood chipper together until the Mole unknowingly killed Cuddles. In [[A Sight for Sore Eyes|''A Sight for Sore Eyes'']], The Mole drops an organ-filled pouched into Cuddles' drink, sickening him.

Cuddles and Mime have interacted a few times. They both appear together in [[Party Animal|''Party Animal'']] to help with Flippy's birthday and in [[Home Is Where the Hurt Is|''Home Is Where the Hurt Is'']] when they work together to build a house for Giggles. Cuddles buys a guitar from Mime in [[In a Jam|''In a Jam'']].   

Cro-Marmot is one of Cuddles' friends, as they and Toothy play dress-up in [[Autopsy Turvy|''Autopsy Turvy'']]. In [[Can't Stop Coffin|''Can't Stop Coffin'']], they play baseball together.   

Cuddles attends Splendid's convention center in [[Wrath of Con|''Wrath of Con'']]. When Splendid cuts him in half with his laser vision by mistake in [[Just Be Claus|''Just Be Claus'']], Cuddles asks Splendid to deliver the eggs for [[Wikipedia:Easter|Easter]]. Splendid responds by taking not only the eggs, but also ripping off Cuddles' ears and wear them.

===== Foes and rivals =====

Nutty and Cuddles appear to be rivals. In [[Sweet Ride|''Sweet Ride'']]'','' Cuddles was chased by Nutty for his ice cream cone. Nutty also hijacks the latter's car in [[Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm|''Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm'']]. In [[Camp Pokeneyeout|''Camp Pokeneyeout'']], Cuddles accidentally pelts a rock at Nutty's marshmellow, causing it to be knocked into his eye and melt it. They seem to be on decent terms in ''[[In a Jam|''In a Jam]]'', where Cuddles politely asked Nutty where he got his money.

Even though Lifty, Shifty, and Cuddles rarely interact, they are rarely at odds. In [[Junk in the Trunk|''Junk in the Trunk'']], Cuddles helps Lifty and Shifty with their scheme without hesitation, until they steal his pet mouse and get him killed. They were supposed to eat at a [[Wikipedia:Christmas|Christmas]] dinner in [[Kringle Feast|''Kringle Feast'']]. In ''[[Claw]]'', Lifty and Shifty attempted to save Cuddles from the claw.

In Cuddles' only interaction with Disco Bear, he was furious after watching a video of Disco Bear dating a cardboard cutout of Giggles in ''[[YouTube 101: Subscriptions]]''. They worked at the same fire department in ''[[Who's To Flame]]''.

FLiQPy has killed Cuddles several times. In [[This Is Your Knife|''This Is Your Knife'']], Cuddles sheepishly waves at Flippy's evil side just before he was killed. In [[Party Animal|''Party Animal'']], he was horrified when Flippy's evil side killed Toothy.
