Cuddles is a yellow rabbit with pink blushes on his cheeks. On his torso, he has an abdominal marking that is a lighter shade of yellow. Cuddles also has a white hair tuft, which is modeled identically to his cotton tail. Cuddles' ears often move to reflect his expression; if Cuddles is upset, they usually drop down. But if Cuddles is happy or excited, they stay up. Inside Cuddles' fur seem to contain pockets, as seen in the episode "''[[In a Jam]]''". 

He normally wears pink bunny slippers and nothing else. Cuddles is rarely seen without his slippers, but the coloration of his soles have been a subject of inconsistency. In "''[[In a Jam]]''", he was briefly shown to have grey-colored soles. In "''[[The Carpal Tunnel Of Love]]''", Cuddles was erroneously drawn without his slippers in one scene and had white soles instead.  {{citation needed}}
